I’m Franco, a dedicated football coach, strength and conditioning specialist, and PE teacher with over 15 years of experience working with players of all ages and levels, from aspiring youth to professional athletes.
My footballing journey has taken me across the globe. I've had the privilege of coaching teams and individual players in Argentina, Mexico, USA, Europe and Australia, contributing to various clubs and indoor football teams. Currently, I’m the Strength and Conditioning Coach at Central Coast Sports College, where I oversee the football program and work closely with athletes to enhance their performance and reach their full potential.
Our objectives are based around helping young players realise their football dreams by providing them with the tools, guidance, and opportunities needed to succeed. I’m deeply committed to connecting different football cultures, fostering a global network that opens doors for footballers and brings diverse footballing styles together.
With that said, I always highlight the importance of studying alongside football. The reality is that the competitive nature of professional sports means that not every athlete will make it to the very top, so having a solid educational background can open doors for future career opportunities, fostering critical thinking and discipline. All this together equips young football athletes with a well-rounded foundation, enhancing their chances for success in both their sport and life well beyond it.

I’m Pablo also known as ‘Pabs’ amongst football circles. As a former professional player and current academy and youth coach with over 35 years experience, my passion lies with the technical development of young boys and girls to help them establish the fundamental baseline for success at an elite level.
Born in Australia from Uruguayan parents, my upbringing was very much influenced by the beautiful game. In fact, it started from grassroots football in Western Sydney then playing alongside many of the ‘golden generation’ Socceroos throughout my youth, before leading to a professional playing career in Australia, Spain and Paraguay.
Having experienced first-hand the rich football cultures in other continents, it’s important for me to support young Australian players of all playing levels and genders to enjoy similar experiences, further developing them as individuals and overall life skills. HAT-TRICK Football Agency (Australia) has ensured our purpose, vision, mission, values and community focus reflect these fundamental objectives.
After my playing days I learnt the importance of education, acquiring my Masters in Business (MBA) whilst undertaking senior banking positions within Australian and global retail banks. Success in these roles, along with building mid-size businesses, were highly attributed to the skills, leadership and disciplines developed throughout my football playing days.
Coming back full circle to where it all began was inevitable. Now as a qualified Football Australia youth academy coach, creating this football ecosystem is another way I plan to continue supporting the development and future legacy of football talents across Australia and the broader Oceania region.
