Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not, we offer a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your item.

Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned in the same condition as purchased — unworn/unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required.

How to Start a Return

If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Returns sent back without approval will not be accepted.

At Training Venue Returns
You’re welcome to return items directly to one of our coaches.

Return Shipping Costs

• If your item is faulty, damaged, or you received the wrong product, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

• For change-of-mind, incorrect sizing, or other non-faulty reasons, customers are responsible for return shipping.

For online orders and depending on the items selected, the total time from placing your order to receiving it can be approximately 3–6 weeks.

We will keep you updated throughout the process and do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible.

Once we've received your return, please allow 7 days for processing. After we've released your refund, it may take up to 14 days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

  CARE OF PRODUCT: Please refer to care details  attached to the garment as we will not be responsible for faults that occur due to these instructions not being followed.

• In regards to CUSTOM PRODUCT please wash inside out using mild detergent in cold or luke warm water with like coloured garments. Do not use a tumble dryer. Note majority of CUSTOM PRODUCT is made of 100% Polyester so should not need ironing. If ironing is required please iron inside out at a low temperature.

• For STOCK PRODUCTS that are embellished with logo’s and or Numbers please treat as you would a CUSTOM PRODUCT. Do not tumble dry and do not iron on the embellishment. Avoid drying in direct sunlight.
